Observations/Finding
As requested, our AE Engineering & Consulting, LLC representative arrived on site to visually inspect footings for Lot #79 (Passport) and Lot #50 Pod 17 (Expedition) using Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) testing.
Lot #79 pod 13 (passport) and Lot E50 pod 17 (expedition)

Depth = 1 foot = Hit rock at 11 inches
5 offsets (L79P13F-L79P13FFFFFF)
Offset#1- Hit rock at 10 inches.
Offset#2-Hit rock 8 inches
Offset#3-Hit rock 7 inches
Offset#4-1ft- Redish brown sandy silt-9.5 blows, 2ft- hit rock at 1ft 2inches.
Offset#5-hit rock at 9inches

Surficial soils were found to be very rocky. Loose trash was removed from the footings. In-place rebar was found to be placed as per project specifications for size, spacing and quantity.
