Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time:

-Excavating in the area of manhole 5.4.

-Laying sewer pipe and sewer laterals in the area of manhole 5.4.

-Continuing rock breaking on site.

-Excavations performed outside of fill areas around perimeter of job site to fill with broken rocks.

-Large amounts of rock and boulders excavated from pipe areas between manhole 5.1 through 5.4 causing slower progress.

-Continued excavation on from manhole 5.4. More rock and boulders encountered during this excavation.
