Observations/Finding

An ASEC technician was present at the above mentioned site for the purpose of DCP bearing pressure tests. During testing it was noted that lot 23 is unsuitable for concrete due to soil that is non compliant with the allowable bearing pressure. Plans for future testing to determine the extent of unsuitable soil have been discussed with the contractor.
