Observations/Finding

Summary *

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.
<ul>
 	<li>Upon arrival, the contractor was engaged in cut using a CAT 349E for the lots 86/87/88/89. Dirt was being transported with tandem dump trucks CAT 745, while dozing and leveling were performed with a Komatsu 512PXi. Compaction work was carried out using a CAT 815F.</li>
 	<li>two bucket samples are collected for testing on soils.</li>
 	<li>Compaction testing was performed using a Troxler nuclear density gauge, along with general probing using a 3/8″ diameter probe rod.</li>
 	<li>Density test results indicate that compacted materials have the more moisture content in it. As there are no proctor results available for following kind if red dirt. Proof Roll visual observation is obtained, and the results are satisfactory.</li>
