Summary *

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

 	<li>Upon arrival, the contractor was actively engaged in excavation on the project site using a Komatsu PC 360LC on the slopes of roadway. And the dirt is transported using tandem dump truck They were also performing dozing operations with a D85EX front of club House. back filling with boulders is observed near the backfilling in front of Club House. necessary instructions are made to superintendent for proof rolling procedures. as the Gauge tests cannot be performed on the rocks and slopes.</li>
