Observations/Finding

Summary *

As requested the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.
<ul>
 	<li>The placement and compaction of backfill soil of lots#89 to 97 was in progressed and 01 foot lift being placed and compacted using sheep food (CP54B), (RA30), (D61PX) and (CAT330) equipments.</li>
 	<li>Excavation and preparation of trenches for placement and installation of sewer lines pipes and manholes was in progressed.</li>
 	<li>Installation and placement of sewer lines pipes and manhole SSA5 , SS-P-B1 and SS-P-B2 were in progressed.</li>
 	<li>Installation and placement of storm water line pipes from manhole CIA12 to CIA13 was completed.</li>
 	<li>Installation and placement of storm water manholes # CIA12 and CIA13 were completed.</li>
 	<li>01 foot lift being placed and compacted at the trench between storm water manholes CIA12 and CIA13 using trench packer (BMP8500) and sheep food (CP54B)equipments.</li>
 	<li>Density test results indicate that the compacted material met the project requirements of 95% the maximum dry density obtained by the (Standard Proctor ASTM 698).</li>
