Summary *

The undersigned ASEC representative was on site as requested by the Contractor to observe storm drain and soil backfill placement. Visual observation techniques were employed to evaluate work in-place for general compliance with the Project Plans, Specifications, Codes and Standards, and Material Submittals.

 	<li><strong>Location:</strong> Lots #8, 9, and 10.</li>
 	<li><strong>Activity Observed:</strong> Soil placement to final grade.</li>
 	<li><strong>Compaction Tests:</strong> Conducted on each lot, with the results detailed below.</li>

<h3>Storm Drain Placement</h3>
<ul>
 	<li><strong>Location:</strong> Along Ava Court, work area highlighted in blue on attached drawing.</li>
 	<li><strong>Activity Observed:</strong> Placement of storm drains.</li>
 	<li><strong>Compliance:</strong> The storm drains were observed during placement.</li>
