On November 15, 2023, the undersigned ASEC representative visited the Lakeside Development site. The purpose of the visit was to inspect the undercutting of topsoil materials in Lots #68, 69, 70, and 71, and to evaluate surficial soils adjacent to Lots #34 through 37, which were in question by the contractor. <hr /> <h2>Inspection and Findings</h2> <h3>Undercutting of Topsoil in Lots #68, 69, 70, and 71</h3> <ul> <li>The topsoil material depths in these lots were visually inspected quantity.</li> <li>The undercutting areas are shown in red on the attached drawing.</li> </ul> <h3>Evaluation of Soils Behind Lots #34 - 37</h3> <ul> <li>The soils in this area were observed to be tan to brown, Silty fine to medium, and Sand.</li> </ul> <h3>Excavation of Large Boulders</h3> <ul> <li>Large boulders were excavated from the road in the area highlighted in yellow on the attached drawing.</li> </ul>
