Our ASEC representative visited the site upon request by the contractor to observe the proof-rolling operations for the proposed roadway adjacent to Lots #15 - 21, near the beginning of the wetland boundary. A CAT 740B articulated dump truck loaded with soil was employed to conduct the proof-roll. During the proof-roll, conducted across the designated area, it was observed that: <ul> <li>The soil subgrade under the loaded dump truck showed no signs of severe deflection or rutting.</li> <li>The subgrade soils appear suitable for continued backfilling.</li> </ul> The subgrade displayed the necessary structural integrity and stability, indicating that the current conditions are conducive for the contractor to continue with backfilling operations.
