Summary *

Our ASEC representative was on-site on to verify that surficial soils within Lots #96, 97, and the parking lot area be placed as per project specifications. During the evaluation, the following observations were made:

<h3>Soil Description</h3>
<ul>
 	<li>Topsoil mixed with organic materials and roots.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Engineering Observations and Recommendations</h3>
<ul>
 	<li>Three test pits were performed to evaluate the extent of the topsoil layer.</li>
 	<li>The approximate volume of material removed from the area was 64,500 cubic feet.</li>
 	<li>Given the presence of organic materials and roots, it is recommended that these soils be further assessed for suitability as fill material or be removed.</li>
