Summary *

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and consulting (ASEC) representative
noted above, for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Our ASEC representative visually observed site activities to check versus drawing/specifications, applications code, and materials submittals.
The following observations were observed on site this day.
The placement and compaction of backfill soils for Wall A.  The contractor used a CP56B CAT to compact the backfill materials.
Our representative also observed the contractor drilling 15 locations of potential rock for Detention Pond 1.
The mass of rock varied according to depth:
1- Slope / C-26 the driller start drilling rocks at 18 foot to 27 foot termination depth of rocks
2-Toe slope / C-45 rocks at 22 foot to 27 foot
3- Slope / C-42 rocks at 26 foot to 28 foot
4- Floor / C-36 rocks at 26 foot to 28 foot
5- Toe slope / C-34 rocks at 8 foot to 13 foot and 24 foot to 27 foot the driller was perform the test on a surface 8 by 8 for some
The drilling equipment used was identified as a MPS SANDVIK 101- 82.

Results of rock quantities will be issued in a separate report.
