Our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative was on site for the purpose of providing visual quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site <span class="zminlnk">today:</span> Upon arrival it was observed no work was being performed due to wet site conditions.
