<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site, as requested, to observe: the placement of concrete and backfill for the DOA fiber infrastructure.</span> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Upon arrival, concrete was already placed, and the contractor notified that concrete placement took place earlier than the scheduled time. Backfilling activities were canceled due to rain.</span>
