<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">As requested, the site was visited by the AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative noted above, for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services, visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawing/specifications, </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">applicable codes, and materials submittals. the following observations were observed on site this day.</span> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Contractor continued backfill and compaction for Lot 425 and road, </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">upon arrival work was already in progress contractor was performing lifts, each lift being 8 inches. </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The soils observed on this date appear to be placed in accordance with project drawings and specifications. </span> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Soil was brought in using 2 dump trucks; spread was done by Komatsu 51 pxi and at depth about 14 feet below finish grade were compacted using a caterpillar 815 F.</span> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Density testing was performed using a Troxler nuclear gauge (#3430, serial #85759). </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">tests result indicated that the compacted material met project requirement of 90% of the maximum dry density obtained by the (Standard Proctor ASTM 698). </span> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Density testing result:</span> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">P-01 proctor- 100.4@18.6%</span> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">T1-elevation at finish grade@ lot 425, Yd 97.8 M%15.7, Compaction:97.4%</span> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">T2-elevation at finish grade@ road, Yd 99.8 M%15.7, Compaction: 99.4%</span>
