9/03/22 As requested by CWM James Higgins, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative noted above, for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day. Site Observations: Contractor continued work on the Localizer pad and E-line between E1-E2. Fill was placed on E-Line and compaction testing requested. The settlement plate on the Localizer pad was accidentally damaged and had to be repaired. Contractor repaired it this day. Density testing was performed using a Troxler nuke gauge (#3430, serial #29588). Density testing results: Lime Proctor - 112.6 pcf @ 16.6% T1 - elevation 989.0, E-line 5' east of E2.1, LP, DD 107.0, M% 18.9, compaction 95.0%
