Our ASEC representative arrived on site as requested to observe the placement of 10 cubic yards of 3000 psi concrete for sidewalk and curbs at locations: Curbing along the right side of the road from STA 0+25 to STA 1+65 and sidewalk on the right side of the road from STA 2+10 to STA 2+75. A slump of 4 inches was measured. Concrete placement was performed within 90 minutes of batch time, and concrete temperature was measured at 80 degrees Fahrenheit, Unit Weight of Concrete tested on this day: 147.6 pcf Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications with regard to temperature, slump, air content, and batch to placement time. The following samples were obtained for compressive strength testing. Set A 1 set of 5 cylinders (3000 psi)
