Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Our representative was on site to visually inspect the foundations for Lot #60 using Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) testing.  DCP results indicated that the footings met a soil bearing pressure of 2000 psf.  In place rebar was found to meet job specifications for size, spacing and quantity.  These footings are suitable for concrete placement.
