Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon arrival, our representative found the site to still be partially covered with the recent snow event.  Several spot moisture contents averaged approximately 32%.  Based on both conditions, the contractor elected not to perform grade work this day.
