Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon our arrival, our representative observed that the site was still too wet and muddy to continue grading activities.  Following a discussion with the grading contractor, the contractor decided to work on soil placement in greenbelt (non-structural) areas.  Further sewer line trenching would also continue (no backfilling).
