Observations/Finding

Today backfill of building pads as well as green area was aggressively done. The green area between building pads (see the attachment) was filled for more than three feet.

Building pads 99-102 are also filled where lots 99 & 100 are almost to subgrade. And the road going almost E-W as shown in the picture below is to subgrade.
