Extensive filling and packing activities were conducted to bring lots 70-77 and lots 99-101 to subgrade. As shown in the below figure, the fill is 8′ and 4′ to subgrade respectively.

The moisture is good and the compaction also pretty good always greater than 95%. All tests confirm good compaction and very often proof rolling will be done in a situation where soil moisture is high and compaction is very marginal.
