Observations/Finding

As requested the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Proof rolling tests were conducted on the road between lots #62 to 73 and 74 to 97. we assessed and observed that the sub-grade of the road was in good condition , there was not a soft sub-grade surface located, soil was not pumping not moving and a deflection of surface was not noticed, and it’s was ready for the placement of 15CR GRADED AGGR BASE.
• The placement of 15CR GRADED AGGR BASE on the road between lots#62 to 73 and 74 to 97 was in progressed.
• Excavation and preparation of trenches for placement and installation of sewer lines pipes and manholes was in progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines pipes and manholes SSA4, SSA5 , SS-P-B1 and SS-P-B2 were in progressed.
