Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

• Upon arrival, the contractor was engaged in cut/fill using a CAT 349E for the lots 86/87/88/89. Dirt was being transported with tandem dump trucks CAT 745, while dozing and leveling were performed with a Komatsu 512PXi. Compaction work was carried out using a CAT 815F.
•  As there are no proctor results available for following kind of red dirt. Proof Roll visual observation is obtained, and the results are satisfactory.
