Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering & Consulting LLC representative was on site to perform the following:

1) Rock and sand moisture tests were conducted.

2) Stripped two sets of seven beam each and placed in curing tank.

3) Performed air content, concrete temperature, slump and unit weight tests for the 1st truck.

4) Performed the above tests of item 3 and cast two sets of seven beams each for truck numbers #27 and #61.
