Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering & Consulting LLC representative arrived on site and performed the following activities:

1) Air, slump, temperature and unit weight testing was performed for the first truck sampled.  Results of testing are attached.

2) One set of seven (7) beams were cast to for compression strength testing.
