Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day:

• The placement and compaction of backfill for Section 3 was in progress using CP54B, RA30, D51PX and CAT330 equipment.
• At the time of arrival our representative observed that the work was in progress at Section 3 with 10-inch lifts being placed and compacted using CP54B, RA30 and (D51PX equipment.
