Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC representative was on site as requested by the Contractor to observe storm drain and soil backfill placement. Visual observation techniques were employed to evaluate work in-place for general compliance with the Project Plans, Specifications, Codes and Standards, and Material Submittals.

Soil Placement and Compaction

• Location: Lots #8, 9, and 10.
• Activity Observed: Soil placement to final grade.
• Compaction Tests: Conducted on each lot, with the results detailed below.

Storm Drain Placement

• Location: Along Ava Court, work area highlighted in blue on attached drawing.
• Activity Observed: Placement of storm drains.
• Compliance: The storm drains were observed during placement.
