On October 19, 2023, Vidal Dias of AS Engineering and Consulting visited the site at the contractor’s request to verify the placement of the Water Quality Extension Outlet Control Structure for the dam. The verification was conducted in accordance with the project plans referenced on sheet C – 3.2.

Observations on Water Quality Extension Outlet Control Structure

Upon observation, it was confirmed that the Water Quality Extension Outlet Control Structure has been placed in general accordance with the specifications outlined in the project plans on sheet C – 3.2. Photos of the structure’s placement have been attached to corroborate this observation.
