Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. Two thousand four hundred and eighty four (2484) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (10) in section 1 area B7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed and compacted in accordance with ITP-001.
2. The area was probed, and one moisture density test was performed in section 1 area B7 (E720661 S1 – R5), test-1 is positioned at the center of the section-l. Test-2 and test-3 were performed in section-2 area G7 which are positioned near to the east and west walls. The test locations are shown here in the attached drawing (E720659 S1-R5, E720661 S1 – R5).
3. The one-point proctor test was performed to verify the appropriate Proctor curve for these tests.
4. Drive cylinder tube test was performed in section-2 of the basement area G7 in the vicinity of Test 4 performed on this day.
