Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. Two thousand (2394) cubic yards of fill materials were received and placed for lift (7) in section 2 basement area G7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed and compacted in compliance with ITP-001.
