Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative, Vidal Dias, visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. One thousand three hundred sixty-eight (1368) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift five (5) in section 1 area B7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in purple on the attached drawing.
2. Basement area B7 Section-2 was compacted in compliance with ITP-001.
3. Basement area B7 Section-1 was compacted in compliance with ITP-001.
