Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative noted above, for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services, visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawing/specifications,

A request was made to observe a proof-roll to prepare for street paving in the Sidney Square development.  A loaded tandem axel dump truck was used.  A city inspector, along with the paving company representative, was in attendance.

All streets in the development were checked and 19 problem areas were found and listed below.  All dimensions are in feet:

Entrance 9×23; Radius 6×27; parking 5×15;parking 5×20, main road side 4.5×16,4.5×8,4.5×18; main road end 5.5×10, 3.5×11; radius 7×42. side road 4×14,4×12,4×12; end of side road 4.5×10; radius 3.5×16. side 3.5×14,3.5×6; radius 4.5×15,4.5×22.

Remediation work was not observed.  No additional work was performed.
