Observations/Finding
Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the
request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to
observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities.
During the visit, the following observations were made:
1. Fourteen (14) loads and 360.44 tons of No. 24 stone were delivered and placed in the sump area of the basement.
2. Nine (9) loads and 234.47 tons of riprap were delivered and stored near the southeast corner of the basement in area F6.
3.The No. 24 stone was placed according to the job specification on drawing sheet E720667.
