Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques wee employed to assure compliance with project drawling/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observation were made on site today.

1. Upon arrival onsite, the inspector observed to activity onsite due to the previous day weather event. The superintendent was contacted and he (Morris Pucket) informed the inspector that work would resume the following day weather permitting.
