Observations/Finding
As requested, our ASEC representative visited the site to visually inspect footings for a sub-wall for Lot #88. The area was probed using a 3/8″ diamter probe rod. Up to six (6) inches were removed in areas displaying soft soil. DCP testing was also performed. See results below.

Based on the data we recommended that the top 1 foot of loose soils be removed. The remediation area is noted in pink on the attached diagram. DCP locations are marked in black. The diagram and remediation recommendations were sent to Robert while on-site.
