Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time:

-Placing storm drain in area between B1 and B1.1.

-Continuing to move rocks into excavated pits around perimeter of the site.

-Forming fill slopes from excavated soil unsuitable for structural fill.

-Rock breaking on site is continued.
