Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time:

-Connecting pipes inside of manholes for street drains in area of Lots #416 and 417.

-Excavating along Ancoats Street between approximately Lots #413 through 417 for the street drain.

-Laying pipe between Manhole A1.2 through A1.5 (approximately).
