Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities.

The following are observations that were made at this time:

  • Excavations made from the mining of structural fill was filled with unsuitable material. The excavation measured approximately 46’x87’x30’.
  • The contractor started installing sewer laterals at lots 430 through 439.
  • Some top soils was removed in the mining but the decision was made to not pursue this further.
