Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time:

The ASEC representative observed the removal and placement of organic material deemed unacceptable for structural fill to form fill slopes around retention pond. Areas being filled was noted to be 80 feet X 120 feet X 37 feet and 83 feet X 11 feet X 40 feet. These holes were created by mining of structural fill.
