Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following Tests were made on site today:

A Dynamic Cone Penetrometer test was conducted for Lot #12.  The lot was flat believed to be cut with out any fill dirt.  Please find the attached test data.

A Dynamic Cone Penetrometer testing was done on lot 16.  Please find the attached test data.
