Observations/Finding

As requested, a ASEC technician was present at the above referenced site for the purpose of conducting a basement wall inspection for lot #216

The wall evaluation was inspected visually for rebar type, spacing, lap distance, cleanliness, ect

The wall preparations appear to be in accordance with Southeast Zone, Date 12/08/2015, Carver & Eddington, NPC plan Number 2468.238-2468.237, Pulti Structural Drawling

by visual inspection, and is ready for concrete placement.

The superintendent has been notified of these findings.
